Returns/Refund Policy

We have a 2 days return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Opened or tampered boxes are not eligible for return or refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

(IMPORTANT-Customers are requested to make unboxing video without any cut and clips it should be intact single clip showing complete label packing from all angles in intact view followed by unpacking and product all side video to claim replacement )

  • Any issues should be reported within 25/48hrs
  • Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on 
  • Any issue with delivered product shall be reported same day of delivery. Post it no liability as these gadgets are not with warranty
  • Return will be processed only if:

      •It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
     •The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
     •The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box,  MRP •tag intact, user manual and all the accessories therein).

Damages and issues: 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Whatever maybe the issues that is any damage/defect or wrong item in all this cases full unboxing video of the product is required without any pause/cut from the beginning to the end

Refunds :

In any case of damages/defects refund will not be done. Only replacement is possible

Cancellation and Refunds by the Company

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, and in case of such orders the refund will be done. The refund process will be initiated with 24-48hrs and the amount will be credited back to customer's account within 4-5 working days

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include but are not limited to inaccuracies or errors in Solutions or pricing information, technical or technological problems or problems identified in relation to credit / debit fraud. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by the Company after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to that credit / debit card account within 4-5 working days

Cancellation by you

You agree and acknowledge that unless stated otherwise you are not entitled to cancel any orders made by you on this Website once the order is dispatched. Any orders made on our website can be only cancelled before the dispatch and in such cases the whole amount that the customer paid will be refunded back to their account within 4-5 working days
